Scope
This Promoted Listings Policy applies to paid visibility products offered through the platform, including featured artist listings, featured venue listings, featured event listings and similar promotional placements.
Eligibility
The platform may require that promoted listings meet minimum quality, accuracy, formatting, safety and compliance standards before acceptance. Purchasing a promoted listing does not guarantee approval if the submission breaches platform rules or applicable law.
Placement Rules
Placement may depend on factors such as package type, booking period, campaign dates, geographic targeting, category relevance, inventory availability, editorial standards and technical compatibility. The platform may label promoted content clearly and may rotate placements to manage fairness, performance and user experience.
Featured Artist Terms
Artists purchasing promotion must ensure that submitted names, biographies, images, logos, event links, posters and promotional claims are accurate and properly licensed. The platform may reject materials that are misleading, infringing, offensive, low quality or inconsistent with brand and formatting requirements.
Featured Venue Terms
Venues purchasing promotion must ensure that listing details, address information, accessibility details, licensing status, age restrictions and contact information are accurate and current. The venue remains responsible for all business claims and legal compliance associated with its promoted presence.
Featured Event Terms
Event promoters, organisers or venues must ensure that dates, times, performers, ticket links, prices, restrictions and event descriptions are correct at the time of submission and promptly updated if circumstances change. The platform is not responsible for cancellations, licensing issues, ticket disputes or organiser failures.
Advertising Standards
Promoted listings must not contain unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, defamatory, unsafe or rights infringing material. The platform may apply additional creative standards, sector restrictions or disclosure requirements for alcohol-related, age-restricted or regulated events and products.
Payment and Delivery
Promotion begins only after payment clears, content is approved and required assets are received. Delivery windows, placement duration, impression estimates or featured periods are subject to product specifications and may be adjusted for technical, editorial or compliance reasons.
Removal or Suspension
The platform may refuse, remove, pause or amend a promoted listing where it believes the content breaches law, policy, intellectual property rights, safety standards or reputational requirements. Removal for policy breach does not entitle the purchaser to a refund unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Performance
Unless expressly stated in writing, the platform does not guarantee clicks, sales, attendance, follower growth or any other commercial result from a promoted listing.
Changes
The platform may update promoted listing products, specifications, placement logic and eligibility rules from time to time.
