Do not misuse CeolX. Don't post unlawful, infringing or abusive content. Don't attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CeolX a licence to host, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Tickets and third parties
CeolX is a discovery platform. Ticket purchases and events are operated by third parties on their own terms.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CeolX is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
